Happy Hour: 4 Places to Turn Up Under $20

There are so many ways to enjoy your summer at little to no cost. Here are some examples of places where you can take advantage of their “happy hours” and other times where you can afford to enjoy yourself at these places.

“City Museum is designed to be enjoyed by children of all ages.”

General admission at the City Museum is $12 for ages 3 years and up. If you can wait until the weekend, admission is cheaper. After 5pm on Friday and Saturday, it is only $10 to enter. On Friday and Saturday the museum is also open til midnight, so you can get your money’s worth. More information here!

 

“The Missouri History Museum is accessible to persons with disabilities and seeks to accommodate the needs of our patrons.”

At the Missouri History Museum, happy hour is everyday. On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, general admission is free from 10am to 5pm. On Tuesday, admission is free from 10am to 8pm. More information here!

Tropicana Lanes is open everyday at 10am. There’s no entrance fee, but to bowl it is usually over $4 plus $3.50 for shoe rental. Monday-Friday before 5pm, you can bowl for only $3.50.
