a Spook-tacular time of the year

This is the time where we take our children out for trick-or treating. The children and some of you adults love dressing up and becoming an altar ego which makes this a night to remember. The importance is to be safe and remember the rules of engagements.

1. Always stay in groups. (There's safety in numbers)

2. Stay familiar with your environment (Trust is the key)

3. Always have some form of reflector or flashlight when the dark hits.

4. Remember to have a good time creating happy and memorable moments.
